MCG is a technology & marketing company that provides sports clubs with a fully customised betting service via PC/Mobile
United Kingdom, Caterham
My Club Betting ("MCB") works with them to promote the service to members and supporters and then shares the resulting net revenues with the clubs. MCB is not a bookmaker and does not require any licenses, nor do its affiliated clubs. MCB develops technology to deliver a betting service acting as a channel between their betting service provider, FSB Technology(UK) Limited(“FSB”) and the betting clients. MCB has expertise in all types of delivery platforms and real-time changing data, using Patented Technology. Within minutes of applying online, a sports club can have its own unique betting service on desktop, tablet and mobile phone featuring its logo, colours and social media. A percentage of profits, which would usually be retained by a bookmaker is passed back to that club every quarter and they are also rewarded with sports kit for the successful recruitment of bettors. Neither the club nor MCB takes any risk and the service is free to the club.

Could you tell more about your partnership strategy?
My Club has established a marketing channel between vendors and club members (both clubs and individual members and supporters) and
is building relationships with a growing number of vendors of goods and services to supply their products
and services through the channel. My Club earns a commission or profit share from these transactions and passes on a share
of that profit to the clubs.
The company seeks to maximise the numbers of clubs that are recruited to the
channel and the number of active members and supporters within those clubs.
To put that into context there are 150,000 clubs registered with some
governing bodies and probably another 100,000 informal clubs in the UK. Our estimate is that there are
about 250 members and registered supporters in each club so in total that’s over
60m members and supporters, not many of these will be members of more than one club.
My Club partners with a growing and diverse number of suppliers
of goods and service. The criteria are that the partners should have experience
of partnering before, whether that be through a formal affiliate program, through commission schemes or some profit share model.
The products themselves should be good quality and competitively priced with
supplicant margin to sufficiently reward the clubs and to profitably support the channel.
The range of products offered is already very wide spreading from Betting
and Gaming, train tickets, insurance, FX, Lotto, property, funding, car leasing, energy switching,
personal finance and sports kit and equipment. There are many more in the pipe line including white goods, merchandising, wine and beer and flooring.
It is not a constraint that the partners may not be active in the
sports market. The objective is to create a general market capability, rather like Amazon.
