Problem: Lack of platforms which allow trading of multiple asset classes. This is true for Wealth Managers, Professional investors and Retail investors. The big issue is for Wealth managers who are restricted in the platforms they're allowed to trade on (must be regulated and have a suite of asset classes). Key features Wealth managers need include re-weighting tools, tax reporting and fiat gateways - very few of which are on current platforms.

Solution: Provide the marketplace with a Hybrid Platform that allows you to view a complete wealth portfolio (Traditional and Non Traditional Assets) and trade these assets. It will cater for every type of investor, however, our immediate focus will be on Wealth managers. The platform will include custody, a fiat gateway to allow seamless transfers between asset classes and re-weighting functionality, among other features such as charting / technical analysis and research.
