Bloomio AG incorporation completed

Zug, 23/11/2017 - Bloomio announced today that the process of registering the company has been completed and that its legal structure has been finalized. Bloomio AG (a joint stock company) has successfully been published in the Zentraler Firmenindex.

Max Lyadvinsky, Bloomio CEO, commented: “The creation of the entity is an important milestone for our company and it represents the arrival of a journey started in June when, together with the other co-founders, we defined our business model and secured the necessary fundings, passing from the selection of the name (28th of June) and logo creation (7th of September). 

It is also a start, as it gives the legal operational framework to kick off our commercial operations”.
